Jim Walden Profiled in The Philadelphia Inquirer

Jim Walden was profiled in The Philadelphia Inquirer highlighting his work investigating corruption within New Jersey’s multi-billion dollar tax incentive program for businesses that went into effect following the state’s 2013 Economic Opportunity Act.

Walden, along with other members of the firm, are examining the unprecedented tax-credit plan as part of a task force established in January 2019 by Gov. Phil Murphy. The investigation has already identified $500 million in tax breaks that could be rescinded and referred evidence of “unregistered lobbying” to law enforcement.
