Catherine’s practice focuses on estate planning, including gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, trust and estate administration, trust and estate disputes, and charitable giving. She also assists corporate clients with business formation and advises corporate clients with succession planning.

Catherine graduated from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and a recipient of the Edward V. Sparer Public Interest Law Fellowship. She is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis with a B.A. in History.
