Jen is a litigator whose practice focuses on complex commercial matters, government and internal investigations and compliance. She represents financial institutions and corporations in several areas, including antitrust, compliance, contract and tort. In the past few years, Jen has briefed several successful motions, obtained substantial experience in defensive and offensive discovery and interviewed and prepared fact witnesses.

Jen has maintained an active pro bono practice, representing several clients in federal habeas proceedings and another client in settlement negotiations with the New York City Department of Education. In response to the government travel ban, Jen helped prepare an amicus brief submitted to several Courts of Appeals and to the United States Supreme Court.

Prior to joining Walden Macht & Haran, Jen was a litigator at a preeminent global law firm in New York. She also clerked for the Honorable Joan M. Azrack of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Jen is a magna cum laude graduate of St. John’s University School of Law, where she was an Associate Managing Editor on the St. John’s Law Review. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
