Veronica’s practice focuses on representing clients in white collar litigation and government and internal investigations.

She has extensive experience representing Fortune 500 corporations in commercial, employment, and insurance litigation and arbitration. Veronica also has advised clients in investigations and proceedings brought by federal and state regulators, including the New York Department of Financial Services, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and state departments of insurance.

Veronica’s pro bono work includes representing clients in successful petitions for asylum and counseling non-profit organizations in affirmative litigation.

Before joining WMH, Veronica was a senior associate at a preeminent global law firm. Veronica earned her J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, and her B.A. in International Studies from Baylor University. She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Second and Fourth Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of New York.
